Road Worker - Hand Spread Tar Squad
You will be an experienced team player with a proven history in tarmac industry and have the ability to work on your own or under instruction.
You will have a skills set that allows you to work to close tolerances /
deadlines accurately and efficiently.
You will report directly to the charge hand and / or senior foreman.
You will
- Be a good communicator
- Be a great team player
- Have the ability to prioritise
- Be able to demonstrate excellent attendance and time keeping
- Be a good all rounder
Job skills
- Extensive road working experience essential
- Must be able to rake, roll, tamper & chip
- Good working knowledge of other aspects of the construction industry
- HGV licence desirable
- Good organisational skills
- HAUC, CSCS card and other industry standard training essential
Excellent package includes first class pay rates and bonuses.

37 hours per week.
25 days holiday plus 3 public holidays.
Overtime regularly available, premium rates paid.

Mon – Thur 08.00 – 16.30
Fri 08.00 – 13.30
Overtime
Sat 08.00 – 12.00 Time & half
12.00 – 16.30 Double time
Sun 08.00 – 12.00 Double time
